Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with Bedstore UK. Bedstore UK, may change, at its discretion, modify, add or remove these terms and conditions at any time and therefore it is important to read these each time you make a purchase order. Please note “Bedstore UK” is a trading name, trading under the umbrella of “Absolute Solutions Limited”.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

All orders are accepted and executed on the understanding that the Purchaser is bound by the following conditions of sale, which shall constitute a binding contract, except where specifically varied in writing. In the event of the customer’s order containing conditions contrary to these conditions of sale they are not accepted without written consent from Bedstore UK. The words “our web site” refers to www.bedstoreuk.co.uk


Orders placed via our web site and by telephone will be treated as firm orders and processed accordingly. Cancellation of orders prior to delivery will be subject to a £25.00 admin fee.


Prices shown on our web site are in UK Sterling. Bedstore UK reserve the right to vary prices without notice and to charge the Purchaser the price ruling at date of dispatch. All prices on the product pages are shown inclusive of VAT.

Description of Products

Bedstore UK may make changes in the specification of the Products which do not materially affect their quality or performance required to conform with any applicable statutory requirements where the Products are supplied to Bedstore UK’s specification.

Photographs provided on our web site are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the Product itself. Colours in photographs provided on our web site are for guidance only.


Every endeavour will be made to maintain delivery dates but no responsibility for later delivery due to circumstances beyond our control will be accepted. Delay will not be a ground for rejecting goods or terminating the contract. Bedstore UK accepts no responsibility for any consequences, financial or otherwise, for failure of the customer to receive goods at the delivery address provided by the customer. The Products the Buyer orders will be delivered to the address specified in the order unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Buyer and Bedstore UK. Goods will be delivered to the front door/ground floor only, and in the case of apartments/flats/similar to the ground floor lobby area only. Goods will be deemed to have been delivered once delivered to the specified address and Bedstore UK will not be liable to the Buyer for non-delivery of the Products. Bedstore UK does not need to satisfy itself that the person accepting delivery at the specified address is the Buyer (or authorized by the Buyer to accept delivery of the Goods). Goods delivered by carrier will require a signature to acknowledge receipt of the goods. Check that the number of boxes as stated on the drivers manifest matches the number of boxes being delivered, if it does not then just sign for the number of boxes received in good condition. If you are not able to fully examine the goods then you must sign as ‘UNEXAMINED’. If the goods are delivered and appear not in good condition, they must be signed for as ‘DAMAGED’ or rejected (where they will be returned to Bedstore UK by the carrier). If you sign for the goods in good condition then you are confirming that the goods are not damaged. Once you sign for the goods in good condition then neither you or us can claim against the carrier for damage, so you must be sure before you sign. Once signed for in good condition Bedstore UK will accept no responsibility for subsequent claims in respect of damaged goods. In the event of goods being returned to Bedstore UK because of failure by the customer to receive the goods, the customer will be liable for the costs incurred in returning the goods to Bedstore UK. No re-delivery will be made until the customer has paid for the cost of a second delivery and reimbursed Bedstore UK for the cost of returning the goods to Bedstore UK. In the event of a failed/carded delivery where the customer is not present on an arranged delivery day, there will be a charge of £20.00 for a re-delivery fee.

Cancellation & Returns

If you cancel your order in writing before Bedstore UK have dispatched it then Bedstore UK will quickly refund your payment after deducting a £25.00 admin fee and cancel your order. If you wish to return an item please call us on 0845 548 0077 to authorise the return. Non authorised returns may be rejected.

General Returns

We are happy to accept return of goods in their original packaging only, and if in perfect condition and at the buyer’s cost. The original carriage charge will also not be credited, subject to the following…

All sales are final and we do not supply goods on a trial or sale or return basis. However, you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges providing:

A) The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ in their original packaging including all manuals and accessories and the packaging must be in pristine condition, you must not puncture, cut or remove the plastic covering on a mattress or divan bed (for hygienic reasons) .

Please note: “Unused” means unused, it doesn’t mean opened, used for a few days and then reboxed.

B) Any items with broken security seals or have been unpacked from their original packaging will be deemed “used” and will not qualify for a refund or credit.

C) You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery of your intention to return the goods IN WRITING (including by email). We will acknowledge this by email and your goods must be received by us within 14 days of this acknowledgement. During this period it is your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. We will not accept any goods back after this 14 day period.

If goods are received back with missing or used consumables or accessories, the cost of the accessories will be charged to you or we may reject the return entirely.

Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you at your cost or made available for you to collect. We are able to offer a collection service at £40 if required.

Faulty Returns

Should an item fail or develop a fault please contact us as soon as possible as many “faults” can be resolved quickly over the telephone. If the item needs to be returned you must return the faulty item directly yourself. When the goods have been received, inspected and found to be faulty we will despatch a replacement item to you as soon as possible. If the item is not found to be faulty it will be returned to you at your cost.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.


Unless claims for shortages or damage are notified in writing to the carrier (by signing for the goods as ‘DAMAGED’), and Bedstore UK within three days of receipt no liability will be accepted by Bedstore UK. In the event of non-delivery Bedstore UK must be advised in writing within ten days from placing the order.


Payment is to be made prior to goods being dispatched either directly on our web site or by telephone. We accept most credit and debit cards.


The ownership of the goods shall remain with Bedstore UK until such time as all sums owing to Bedstore UK whether under this contract or any other contract have been paid.

Limited Liability

Any liability which we may incur to you in contract or tort (including liability in negligence) arising out of or as a result of: Any failure to supply or deliver goods; Any delay in delivery of goods; Any defect in any goods or service; shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Liability to Third Parties

You shall indemnify us in respect of any liability and all losses, costs, charges and expenses which we may suffer or incur by reason of any claim (including for liability in negligence) made by third parties in respect of or arising out of the state, conditions or use of goods (including, without limitations, goods resold to third parties whether or not despatched directly to third parties at your request) or in any other way relating to the goods.

Proper Law of Contract

The Contract shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute, question or remedy however-so arising determined exclusively by the Courts of England and Wales.

Force Majeure

These conditions of sale shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and if any question, dispute or difference shall arise between the parties in respect of their interpretation, the same shall be referred by agreement to a single arbitrator otherwise it shall be referred to arbitration under the provisions also being applicable to the case of reference to a single arbitrator.

We shall incur no liability for failure to perform our obligations thereunder due to the existence of circumstances which we have not caused and which are beyond our control.

Data Protection

Bedstore UK will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of the Buyer’s order and payment secure but unless Bedstore UK is negligent, Bedstore UK will not be liable for unauthorized access to information supplied by the Buyer. Bedstore UK does not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

By placing an order with Bedstore UK you agree to be bound by the above Terms and Conditions.

All information and advice on our web site is provided in good faith. Bedstore UK cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or losses incurred should you act upon this information or advice.
